Estonian Music Awards 2021-2024

The Estonian Music Awards is the most important music event in Estonia, featuring the most renowned artists, creating the biggest show for thousands in the venue and over 100,000 television viewers at home. As the music industry emerges from the post-pandemic slump, the goal was to make this year’s largest music festival a standout and distinct event, considering the industry-wide budget increase in production, while the organization's contribution remained within similar limits.

As a producer, I oversaw all aspects of event production, from concept development to execution. I managed budgets, coordinated logistics, and led cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. My role involved working closely with artists and creative teams to bring the vision to life while addressing any challenges that arose to deliver a flawless experience.

As a project manager, I coordinated and managed all stages of event planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals. I oversaw timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with diverse teams to ensure smooth operations. My role involved problem-solving, managing risks, and ensuring the project was completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
