I supervised the technical and operational aspects to ensure seamless performances. I oversaw logistics, budgets, and scheduling while coordinating with technical teams, creative departments, and venue staff. I also supervised setup, rehearsals, and performances, resolving challenges efficiently to maintain production standards. I ensured clear communication among stakeholders and delivered a successful, high-quality touring production.
