WRC Rally Estonia 2020-2021

The goal was to organize the first FIA World Rally Championship event in Estonia. In collaboration with the FIA (International Automobile Federation), WRC Promoter, the Estonian government, the Health Board, various authorities, local municipalities, and private sector supporters, the aim was to successfully execute a safe rally with on-site spectators despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the on-site event, we set a target to reach 500 million contacts worldwide with WRC Rally Estonia. The vision of Rally Estonia is to make rally consumption more convenient, entertaining, and safer through innovative hybrid spectator arenas, live broadcasts, LED screens, a unique ticketing system, and smart IT solutions.

As a Production Coordinator, I ensured the seamless execution of the event by managing logistics, schedules, and content delivery. I coordinated between teams, oversaw video and visual elements, and handled last-minute adjustments to keep everything running smoothly and aligned with the creative vision.
