WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2025

The 2025 edition marked the 15th anniversary of Rally Estonia, celebrated as a flagship motorsport event in the region and part of the FIA World Rally Championship calendar. The jubilee year highlighted Estonia’s journey from a national rally to a globally recognized WRC stage, bringing together world-class drivers, international audiences, and innovative fan experiences both on-site and online. The anniversary edition emphasized heritage, cutting-edge production, and the future of rallying, strengthening Estonia’s position on the global motorsport map.

As Programme and Production Lead, I oversaw the full creative and operational execution of the WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2025. My responsibilities included designing and managing the event programme, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all live, digital, and broadcast elements were delivered seamlessly. I directed stage shows, coordinated with broadcasters and partners, and integrated innovative production solutions to elevate the spectator and viewer experience. In addition, I led the concept development and execution of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 15th anniversary edition, creating memorable moments that blended cultural identity with international motorsport storytelling. Working closely with international stakeholders, sponsors, and local authorities, I ensured that the event aligned with the global WRC brand while highlighting Estonia’s unique identity as a rally host nation.
