Ericsson Gala 2025

Ericcson "Around the World" Gala. The goal of the event was to create a travel experience for employees, where participants journeyed through three different countries, each with its unique style. First, Japan: a futuristic Tokyo, emphasizing technology and neon aesthetics. Next, America: a classic New York vibe combined with the traditional tones of American culture. Finally, Sweden: an atmosphere of darkness and icy twilight. The entire visual concept was supported by projections and graphics created by a video artist, where each country was brought to life with its design and theme.

My role as the onsite showcaller was to oversee the smooth execution of the event, ensuring that each country's theme transitioned seamlessly. I coordinated with the technical team to manage the timing of the projections and graphics, and made sure all elements aligned with the creative vision. I was responsible for managing the live cues, keeping everything on schedule, and ensuring that every aspect of the event ran smoothly, from the immersive visuals to the atmosphere in each room.
