Black Eyed Peas – Live in Tallinn 2026

As Project Manager, I was responsible for coordinating the overall production and delivery of Black Eyed Peas’ live concert in Tallinn, working across production, operations, partners, suppliers and local stakeholders.

My role covered the project from pre-production through on-site execution – coordinating timelines, site and infrastructure planning, permits, logistics, suppliers, security and operational teams, while keeping the different production departments aligned throughout the process.

The project required close collaboration between the international artist production and local teams, translating touring requirements into a large-scale live event within the realities of the venue, city and local production environment.
